Alright so now i have a class at 7 20, so i have to get there around 7 15, which means i have to wakeup at like 6 30. I'm alright for my first few classes but around 930- 10 00, I'm so tired. And by 10 30- 11 00, im dead. Does anyone have any advice on what i can do to stay awake throughout the day. Please don't say more sleep.
Exercise before you leave for class, even 10-15 minutes will help. I try to either lift, run, or do yoga before class every day and it keeps me much more awake and focused. Also, eating well in the morning helps. If your looking for a caffeine based approach, have a cup of tea when you wake up and one a little later on, its got enough caffeine to wake me up, but not to much to get me jittery like energy drinks do.
One method I have used after a long night of studying or whatever is to drink cold water and chew gum. Just make sure you ring the water with you, it will keep you awake.
crystal meth works for me. But seriuously a big breakfast, long shower, lotta caffine/energy drinks, exercise, video/computer games all help.
a strong doseage of LSD you wont sleep a wink lol honestly though im gonna have to agree with a big breakfast. something i have been doing lately and it seems to help
Well, I would say some energy drinks, coffee or something like that. I wouldnt really recommend that because youre just going to get dependent on those things. If you take a 20 minute nap in your car before your second to last class, you should get enough of a boost to make you last till you get home. those power naps really work.
go to sleep earlier? wake up have a cup of coffee and when im really tired and just smoke a bowl it makes me more tired so maybe no smoking if you are?
