I have a feeling that I can go to jars but I am not sure. I have had my crop hanging for 5.5 days in a dark tent at 72 to 77 degress and the RH at 40 to 57 most of the time it was at 50% RH. I took some this afternoon and used the paperbag method, with shredded lunch bags in between levels and I put some in jars tonight. The stems are bendable and still green. Should I wait longer before I jar them? These I have in the jar.
i just feel inner stem, since stem will release moisture . I always give 8-10 days at least , and i have a great drying area.
i let it dry evenly on a line. then in jar for cure. open every 12 hours first week then every week for a few weeks.
