Best way to store new Cannoil (coconut oil extraction)

Discussion in 'Weed Edibles' started by Moverandgroover, Jul 16, 2012.

  1. Just made some cannaoil (using coconut oil and a bit of olive oil).

I'm just letting it cool in the oven now.... not too sure what to expect, hit a few problems with this extraction.

So when the oven dish has cooled, do you suggest freezing this then??? Or fridging it??

  2. BKS's oil tutorial does say to heat then freeze then heat then freeze. Hopefully the problems you encountered won't affect the potency.

  3. Its an oil treat it as cooking oil, keep it dark in fridge to maintain the vitamin "D" ?? and preserve the THC etc etc

    peace

  4. keep it in the freezer, it can stay good for months in there. If you want to eat it in the next few weeks the fridge is just fine. Coconut oil can be kept really long without going rancid.
