I got Photoshop 7.0 yesterday and I've been messing with it just trying to figure it out. I'm sure theres gotta be a lot of people who use this program, and probably good, too. Whats a good way to learn this stuff? I know theres whole classes on it and books and shit but I'm just looking to get to know the program and get better with it while I'm sitting around my house smoking weed when I'm not at work. Maybe I'm just stoned and thinking this isn't a stupid question. Thanks guys.
www.good-tutorials.com/ - photoshop tutorials Go through those and do them and you will pick up different techniques. But the best way to learn is just through messing around with it and experimenting with the various controls.
Thats what I was doing; just messing around with the various controls. But I couldn't think of what to do. I'll check that site. Thanks
spend time at places like www.cgtalk.com and then spend years using it I've been using photoshop for 10 years and still there's a lot of the program that I either don't know or don't use. The best way to learn a program though is to tell a client you can do something even if you cant, and the contract forces your to learn
