Best Way To Fix A Crack

Discussion in 'Bongs, Dab Rigs, Bubblers, Water Pipes' started by snowdaytoday, Jun 11, 2014.

  1. A friend of mine bought a pretty nice bong on sale just a few days before 4/20, thick glass, percolator, everything. He ended up dropping it and as a result there is a long crack on the bottom of the bong. It leaks, but it is a very slow leak. He knows fixing it would be very easy but he already has 3 or 4 other bongs, so he just let me have this one for free. What would be the best thing to use to seal up a crack? I was going to use mighty putty but it would make the base uneven and it would sit flat if I had mighty putty stuck to the bottom. I was thinking about just getting some waterproof duct tape and put a few strips of that over the crack. Any other ideas?

  2. Well I would reccommend plastidipping the base. I did it to my bong and its much sturdier and will probably fix the crack. Its nice and easy to dip in, and while its drying I put it on a glass window to make it level
