Howdy. I am in US, needing supplies to get started, complete. Nutes, lights, fan/carbon, etc. I have just heard bad things about HTG as far as quality.
Pro Gro ships to the U.S and would be cheaper then most anyone. They have an exchange calculator on the site. I used these guys to buy about $5000 worth of stuff and they were great.

I haven't heard bad things about HTG Supply. But if you are concerned just don't buy their own products, you can buy the brand names that they carry and probably save money.
HTG hasn't ever let me down. Sure, it's not all top-of-the-line gear, but their customer service is very good.
