i dont think there is a best but i'm far from an experienced grower, it seems to vary between how easy they are to grow, how long they take to flower, how much bud they produce, and how potent it is, in most cases if you have one or two of those variables the one of the other will suffer you may be able to get answers if you're looking for something more specific like most thc/yield when height/time of growing doesnt matter, or easiest to grow and get big buds, if there was a universal best everyone would know about it and grow it imo
