There are a number of US based seed banks so you don't have to deal with overseas shipping and getting your goodies snagged by US customs. One other place is to look at some of the Facebook cannabis trading groups.
Herbies of course. There are other choices but none as good in my opinion. I dont fuck with the discrete shipping but you can feel free to spend the money. EDIT the prepaid thing will be a problem outside of the us. also, people still use regular debit cards? I assumed every "debit" card was either a visa or mastercard at this point.
