I would say Eminem and biggie smalls has the best lyrics, my favorite rapper of all time though has to be tupac. Nas is a sick rapper aswell.
The big problem I always had with Em is that his content in his early days is more cringe worthy than an edgy high school emo kid. No doubt hes a talented technical rapper though. His music just never really spoke to me other than looking at it from a purely technical standpoint.
