^ The guy was so diverse. I loved his wordplay and humor in his songs. The guy was rapping about what he saw through his eyes, very personal and a great story teller. Mac Dre..the greatest unknown to ever spit on a mic. He is one of the very few rappers who can talk about anything and he WHOA'd me so many times, like did he really just say that?! Man could rip on any beat...
Straight up! I agree 100%. I'm always telling my homies that Mac Dre was by far one of, if not, the most talented rap artist to ever lace a smooth line over a ziploc-fresh beat. All of them made sense, and all were stories of his life. Never a talked up moment. Just truth. He even did "Chop That Hoe" which is laced on a 70's soul beat. As he says "Every time I spit I bust what'cha like, 'cause I'm the coldest MC to ever touch a Mic." The mother fucker just did his thing, and sounded legit. Stacked more G's than a Crip funeral. Definitely the most influential in my book. Nobody did it better.

"They hate to see me drivin the car I bought They hate how I talk I can't spit on the sidewalk" ... "In every neighborhood, state, city and town A crooked policeman can be found Off duty, He never would squab hard But give him that gat, badge, and that squad car." -Punk Police.
