    Party? Just talking to a random people? Go to a bar, see some guys who are cheering for a team you like and buy them a round. Who doesn't like free liquor you'll be their friend instantly. So many ways to meet people, just have to not be afraid and get social. You have to meet a lot of people to find a "okay" friend. 1/1000 so get to talking.

    It depends are you trying to find girls? Or just a new friend. I havent made a new real friend in years.

    But if you want some easy pussy just hit up a club unless your over 30 then dont go unless you want to be "that guy".
