Depends on the THC levels in the Weed. Highest THC - Cannot work, prefer alone. Medium THC - Can see friends and have a good time with them. Lower THC - Can walk about and probably work. Also, depends on your tolerance and ability to control the effects of getting high. Personally I enjoy getting high with friends and alone rather than outside :/
