Just thought I'd get a little thread going to see what people's thoughts are on what they regard the best verses of lyrics. No genre restrictions apply, post whatever you want! To start off "Universal truth is not measured in mass appeal" in the song 'The point of no return' by Immortal Technique. Sidenote: I actually find that verse an oxymoron, as that sentence itself is a universal truth, and I'm sure many people agree on the thought that the verse states
