Lmao! I've had that exact same thought, that dogs are just like retarded children. Not to be mean, but there is no mental advance and while they are not the same, they're similar. Dogs are treated nicely and I don't understand why people would be so offended by this. Hell, a lot of animals live a pampered life even in human terms, as some owners go (IMO) overboard and pay almost any amount for luxuries they think their dog will enjoy.
