I can't believe so few people listen to tool in depth, and the ones that do listen to tool post videos that show nothing of their talent. (triad)

Tool is one of the most (if not the most) hardworking and in-depth bands today when it comes to sound-engineering, whether or not you agree with me, it's a fact.

If you are any type of an audiophile, and i'm not talking about your ipod headphones or your laptop speakers, you can put in an earlier TOOL album, and be BLOWN AWAY at every little detail in their songs.

give it a try, i recommend Lateralus....but if you don't have bass, and an overall clear sounding sound system, it won't be worth it, just put your kid cudi back on.

well then you better go oldschool, because there are very few quality hip-hop artists anymore...not that you're gonna find on the radio anyways...

Let's see, whenever I'm super high, or sober for that matter, I always enjoy me some Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Sublime, Slightly Stoopid, The Expendables, MGMT, A Tribe Called Quest, People Under the Stairs, any Jazz - especially Cannonball Adderley, Miles Davis, Brian Bromberg Joshua Redman -, Jimi Hendrix, Grateful Dead, hardstyle techno, Trivium, A7X, Emmure, Bring Me the Horizon, Unearth, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Minus the Bear, Modest Mouse, Killswitch Engage, Foo Fighters, Circa Survive, bob Marley, Ziggy Marley,
Rebelution. I could go on all day, there's so much good and unique music out there if you look for it. Good thread, good place for people to explore new music, one of my favorite acitivites

Tool's great with the way they play with time signatures, One of, if not the best sound-engineering period.
