Best / most reflective paint?

    Does anyone know what the best type of grow room paint is? Possibly even some testing done with a light meter?

    Also, is it adventitious to paint dimpled aluminum white to make it more reflective?

    :wave: Just use flat white paint for ceilings, that reflects light well :smoke:

    This. Unless you want to spend the $200. for the paint they use for wall projection screens. But i doubt it is $189 better than ceiling paint.

    I wonder why people don't use glossy white. I would think glossy would be more reflective than flat.

    Flat reflects the most light.
