you should consider letting the medium and roots dry out ive had very good results with doing this in 80+ dergree heat outdoors. WHY ?? cuz when the medium is dry it allows the root zone to be saturated ith oxygen which is essential for trichome production. you will notice that ur trichome will swell up do this especially in the last wees or 2 of flowering.
I went with the auto water system for travel and being low maintenance. I do this as a hobby and am very busy with work, family and fun. I have only seen positives since I switched to this. My soil is moist but not soaked, my roots are filling my 5 gals to the point I think I might go larger some time. It's working for me. Thanks for the advice but I have no complaints so far. I literally water every 5-7 days through all of flower. That is all! Any argument for more work had better have clear proven results...I'm very lazy by nature.
My friend just got an BD-XL. It's so bright I can't/don't look at it. 7x7 veg space focused on one plants + seedlings.
hmmmm 5-7 days thats hella good i will use your method now on this is exactly how i want my grow to be
MAN i LAVE grasscity thx admins for this great site i have learned alot from all you BLADES PEACE AND POT RASTAFARI!!!!!!!!!!!
Right now they are doing one for the 400 watt Solar Storm. I was accepted but my space is too small and they recommended me the 200 watt Solar Flare.
Lol I could but I think the 200 watt will be perfect. My new space is going to be around 24"W x 18"D x 35"H and after the carbon scrubber, the light, and the pot there will be like 12 inches of plant space. I think the 400 watter would be serious overkill and harmful to the plant/s. Hell I'm a little concerned about putting the 200 watt in there the way he recommended keeping the light 18" above the canopy but I'm gonna go for it. Go "big" or go home right?
The website for the Mars II LED is LGLEDSOLUTIONS.com If you want the sales rep's email so that you can get the 'grasscity discount', you gotta message me cause I'm not allowed to post that. It'll save you between $50-$100 off each light. You can get the Mars II 700 for approx $325, the Mars II 900 for $425 or the Mars II 1200 for $550. Compare that to the BlackDog or Advanced models. Reading one of the Plus2 testimonials; the guy stated "running four Plus2 verses 1000W HPS". Makes me wonder would he have gotten the same results as he claimed "running four Plus 2" with running only one Plus 2 in comparsion to one 1000W HPS. There's several suppliers on Alibaba selling LEDs with CREE technology for 20% less or more than Solarfare or other LEDs in the links provided. Sent from my SGH-M919 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
