Best high weather

  1.      As much as I like staying indoors and playing video games, I also enjoy walking around outside in certain atmospheres. No one can really argue with a cloudless sunny day, it just makes you feel good to walk around in the warm sun.

However, last night I experienced something completely different but amazing. The weather outside was gloomy. It was about 11pm at night, and raining lightly. It was very cold outside, but no wind was blowing. There was fog everywhere. You could only see about 15 feet ahead of you, and after that it was like staring at a solid gray wall. No stars in the sky, just black. Keep in mind I had just smoked and wanted to take a walk outside. I felt like I was in a version of Silent Hill. I walked a few blocks, not like I was expecting anything to happen/pop out, but kept walking anyway. It was eerily peaceful. The only sounds I could hear were my own footsteps and rain. No cars on the road or anything.

Then I got lost as fuck and had to use the GPS on my phone to get back home.

  2. Yeah I honestly enjoy more atmospheric weather (rain, fog etc) than the standard sunny cloudless day.

Doesn't help that im in Oregon and 80% of the weather here is atmospheric :p

  3. Rain is nice, the winter sucks unless it's like not too cold and the fluffy white. Too cold means you're just freezing. Personally I prefer spring, the ground is just coming back to life and you can just see new miracles!

  4. It's blue skies and sunshine for about 250 days per year up here. I dig the monsoon season.

But my favorite is just after a downpour, just as the sun is coming back out and the wet pavement starts to steam and evaporate. It's my favorite time for a toke and a barefoot walk on the warm pavement. Plus those after-storm smells. Feels gewd, man.
