My best friend just came back from visiting his girlfriend abroad. They’ve been together for less than a year, but I can really say for certain that they are both madly inlove with each other. The only problem is that they are in a long distance situation and because of this, they have really stupid fights sometimes. They both met each other through some kind of international dating social event. Ever since then, they’ve been long distance. Anyway, they’ve been fighting a lot lately and my best friend is being really petty with everything. He doesn’t seem to be handling their problems well. He’s been posting videos and photos of him having fun online just to rub it in her face that he’s “doing fine” without her around. I feel kind used and taken for granted. He only seems to come to me when only when he needs to vent, but forgets about me when their relationship okay again. I don’t know what to do. Should I just cut ties with him? He really doesn't handle these types of things well and frankly, I’ve run out of patience with him. I’m afraid I’ll just blow up at him. Please help me out with this. Any advice?

Bad idea dating anyone long distance (or abroad). Definitely much more likely that theres some sort of cheating going on
