There are many great dubstep producers because dubstep is a relatively easy kind of music to make/ make sound awesome.

So the top producers (in no particular order) could perhaps be any of these listed:

    Chasing Shadows
    Zed's Dead
    Nero
    Skrillex
    Cookie Monsta
    Feed Me

Some may say Flux Pavillion is a top producer which I can agree with in some ways but for me he just feels like another Rusko/ brostep producer at this point.

A lot of people follow Borgore, but I think he is plain awful.

Skream is another really epic producer.

MiMosa is a great producer too, but offers a chiller dubstep alternative to the heavy/punky stuff that floods the scene now.

  12. Ajapai man. Or Eptic he is hot.

    Others I like:
some of datsiks stuff, bassnectar and Benga

  13. And to clear some common misconceptions up:

Deadmau5 is hardly dubstep. He is a whiny Canadian facebook tool with a good marketing.

I think Rusko and bassnectar do not even deserve to be placed in this thread. They are awful. Rusko is a little better than Bassnectar, but still.

  14. No darkstar? Well that's a damn shame. Darkstar produce the best hyperdub out there.

hyperdub will always be better than dubstep.

  15. Are you serious?? Mt. Edens remixes are nothing more than a simple drum beat using an annoying ass 909 snare and a generic ass wobble bass. that man has no talent.

One of THE most disrespected producers in the substep game.

  16. Mt.Eden is bad.

  17. Doctor P

    Flux Pavillion

    [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Htm_956k5ps]‪Flux Pavilion - Bass Cannon (Official Video)‬‏ - YouTube[/ame]

    Rusko

    So many good songs :)

  18. Well for one thing deadmau5 isn't fucking dubstep Jesus and my favorite would have to be flux pavilion or datsik

  19. Flux WAS a good producer. Now he isn't.

Most of the UKF crew...is not what I would call, "good dubstep."

Deadmau5 is dubstep but leans more towards electro. He does make dubstep songs as well.
