roor, lux mini, illadelph, wicked sands, us tubes.. the list goes on.. its all about personal preference.. but you honestly cant go wrong with roor. i got one for xmas and its amazing.
I'm not trying to be rude, but are you retarded? For $250 i would never spend my money on that piece of junk. @ OP Head to your local shop, look at all the pieces and not the prices. Just keep looking untill something catches your eye, and its kinda like love lol. Then compromise on the price, and i promise you wont go wrong. But i do like roors!
I agree with the other posters who say to check out your local headshop. but if you want to know what I'd buy with it, with 250 I'd probably get a nice thick US Tubes or find some custom inline bubbler at one of my local headshops (lookin for one atm is why) GL on the search.

Always great to go with a local head shop and spend that 250 on a nice piece of glass... or one could go with the cyclone for about $80.00, buy a half o of some mixed sativa, indica, hybrid strains and ca bloom you can have many bombs sessions with your homies out of an excellent ripping bong. No, just stoned off this amazing rip the cyclone delivered about 4'20" ago...
Don't go with the cyclone. No offense, but I am sure that you can get better pieces for 250 than that... LHS are always a good starting point. Then if you see something you really like maybe you'll be able to find it cheaper online.
Like everyone said, go to local head shops. I like to tell the owner straight up, ill have $250 cash to spend on my piece in acouple of days. That way theres no pressure to buy, you get to see whats in your price range. Plus they can hold something you really like, while you go and check out another head shop.
Support your local headshop, unless they sell china glass. You should be able to scoop up a nice Sheldon Black for $250. A Lux mini would set you straight too.
where abouts in nj are u cus f ur north be happy im pretty sure thats where all the headshops are. If ur south u can run over to deleware. you can stop by frolic or flavor on mainstreet in newark. They are good people with amazing bongs. There is also another frolic on the white horse pike near westmont.
This. I kept seeing people say go to the LHS... but most people only have access to China at their LHS.
