Berkeley City, sanctuary against DEA

Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by amsterdamage, Jan 31, 2008.

  1. This just might see the beginning of the end to the DEA raids against the dispensaries!

Hopefully it'll weaken political support for the DEA which could lead to movement in Jon Gettman's
rescheduling petition and Professor Craker's application to produce research-grade marijuana. :D

  2. Wow. Great find.

  3. I don't know if it was after the Tainted Inc. raid but I'm pretty sure it was the mayor of Berkeley that said she wanted Berkeley to be a haven for MMJ. Viva la Bay Area!

  4. This doesn't meen that the DEA can't raid them. Declaring something doesn't mean that you passed a federal law.
