I know this thread was made last month but I have mine done. I was18 (28 now) because my aunt raised me and she was pretty conservative so I had to wait. I would make her wait until shes done vertically growing so she doesnt have any discomfort with skin stretching or piercings moving. So when shes a teenager maybe?
