    I've been told that in parts of belgium they have coffee shops and are pretty lax wif it. any one shed any light on it ? I live next to a ferry port straight from my home town to Amsterdam which gets used regularly so it would be no problem traveling . (I've been told from a few well travelled older pals the a few places are easy enough going and sell a bit smoke obv with them bordering holland and what not)
