Combining mammal and reptile musculature is rather difficult.. ...but nonetheless rewarding. The big horns on his back are supposed to be connected to his shoulderblades. Im not too sure about the tail may remove it in favor of a smaller more mammalian version. Based off of final fantasy's design by amano.
Looks cool. I suggest adding more shading on the fur leading up from it's front legs to the horns, so they look more connected. Other than that, it looks great! You've got the perspective down, all I think you need is a tad bit more contrast, like on the horns, teeth, and face, to make the fur look softer.
