I'm about to start my grow, just a few questions about how long can i keep my seeds without planting them? If i have moist ground soil, is it ok not to use potting soil? It will be hard for me to get it to my site. (obviously a in ground plant).
put your seeds in a ziplock bag withing a ziplock bag in the refridgerator.... germinating in regular outdoor ground soil is not too good, soil is hard and seedlings sometimes cant push out. Potting soil of any type is best... Also you dont want it Moist all the time, you need some warmth for the seeds to germinate either via heatmat or from the light.. Simply mist the soil every day to keep it a little damp, but not soggy, if its too wet the seed will rot.
ok maybe i will find some potting soil and put it a few inches deep on the top so it promotes growth in early stages of growth
