Hello everyone. I have been acquiring everything to grow Hydroponics. I do not want soil. I am using a Gorilla grow tent and am almost ready to germinate. I bought these cubes where you wet them put the seed in it and keep it warm. My confusion is when it starts to germinate how do you transplant to clay growing media? Thanks for any help.
Are you talking about rockwool cubes? If so. just bury the cube, with the seedling in it, in the clay. Mine spend 1-2 weeks in the cube before I plant out. BTW its a good Idea to soak those cubes in 1/4 strength nutes for a few hours, helps to correct the pH in them a bit.
Is there any type of clay grow media which is better than the rest? I see so many for sale just want to use the best one if there is such a thing. Thank you
I use Mother Earth, be sure to wash it prior to use. I put a bunch of holes in a bucket then run water over the clay until no sediment is comming out the bottom. Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
Have you used ILGM for supplies? They have ruined a lot of the strains in the USA. I got my first shipment from them no issues at all.
ILGM did not ring he strains here, A lot of the strains have been manipulated to lower the THC. Would not buy from my country
