  1. Hello fellow stoner my names "sleepy phil", im from long Island ny. I'm looking to grow my first set of plants. I'm looking for any tips tricks or recommendations you guys might have to help me grow the best buds outside as possible. I have 7 seeds inside a small paper towel that's wet and 6 of my seeds have started to sprout. I'm wondering when I should take them out and plant them. What's the best type of soil if necessary? How often to water for best buds? How much sun? Best places to store plant in back yard? Any helps greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  3. A lot of people use Fox Farms Ocean Forrest. Just dont use miracle grow. Water? Only water when the top 2 inches of soil is dry. Outdoor placement I have no clue. I dont know your neighborhood or neighbors. Nor your backyard. Full sun would be good though. And yes you can go ahead and plant them. Don't plant too deep and dont get worried about not seeing them after you plant. It can take up to 6 days for them to break soil, but sometimes as little as 2 days.

  4. Should I plant in a small container and gradually get it into something bigger? Or go get some decent sized pots now and put em in there straight away? So the most sun as possible. Keep soil somewhat moist. What if there's like wild winds or a thunderstorm should I bring them inside? Let them stay outside underneath something , what if it's gonna rain for a full day or two? Sorry for the questions just wanna be sure I don't kill them haha

Its amazing how much information is there.
Go small, it's easy to over water in big pots. They tend to grow slower in big pots to. I'm a beginner with a nearly 2 week old and this is what everyone on here told me and what that website suggests.
You can do a large pot just have to have a very strict water regimen.
I made the over water big pot mistake.

  6. They are really hard to kill. Autoflowering strains you should go straight for a large pot for regular or feminized strains you can transplant from smaller to larger. Depends on preferance

  7. Whats another good brand of soil? The fox farms stuff the closest store that has it is pretty far from me. Whats another good one?
