I want to grow some weed in my room. But I dont want anything to big because the people I live with is very nosey. So basically i want something i can hide or disguise. My budget is $200 and all I have is 4months to grow this plant before I leave for college if its even possible to grow it in 4months. If anyone could give me some tips on what I should get and how I should do everything it will be highly appreciated.
I'm a beginner grower myself and I also need the stealth... I decided on a PC grow box that I built myself... It's tiny and I wish I could just grow it in my cabinet (they're huge) but my family is always dropping by and snooping around. You might wanna check out building pc grow box or something the like...
Sounds like a bad idea... You might as well save your money until you have the time space and no nosey roomates to spoil your harvest. swag

I see what you're saying as I'm your age too plus a year probably... But seriously lets face it you're going to be investing your money into your set up and plants then investing your time and love into the plants... If you're in a situation where it's sketch to grow and at any moment you run the risk of having to ditch the whole system it just turns into a waste and then you still have to buy bud. Plus, 200 bucks isn't going to get you very far to be honest... I've just started my first grow and I have over 200$ in just bulbs... Not to mention several $$$ in nutrients lights ballasts hood etc etc etc... I would save up until you can afford a decent set up; it'll be worth it in the end. swag

sounds like a rush job which is ok but if your looking for a return on the time/effort/money it takes to grow, then idk. save the 200 bucks an set up a lil grow while at school? if you dont mind the grow being merely a learning experience then go ahead and try it. gl either way
i had the same problem, i live with my parents and needed my grow to be discreet and had to grow in my closet in my room. i started one plant in the middle of august and one in the begginning of september. i have one ine a 5 gal. bucket and the other in a 3-4 gal. im using 2 23W cfl's and a 55w cfl, then my 2nd plant under 4 23w cfl's. the first plant has been flowering for about 3 weeks and the 2nd is just starting. My 2nd plant (on the right) got messed up a month or 2 back, my light fell on it when i wasnt home and burned it bad but it bounced back ands growing kinda weird but flowers are starting to pop up. so i figured this grow should be finished in around 4 months maybe a little longer. real simple setup and very cheap. heres a couple pics
You could pull I off but it's gonna be harder than fitting a square peg through a round hole if you catch my drift. It is really really really hard to hide these from people that either live with you or just come by regularly. And if your Gonna try that whole two hundo is gonna have to go to filtration. Without filtration you have no chance on this planet of hiding it. One fully flowered plant in a five gallon bucket taken out of my room for ten minutes will stink my entire house out. The smell is impossible to hide without a carbon filter.
Dirt 40$ The light 200$ Filtration 300$ this includes fan and filter Buckets 10$ Nutrients 30-150$ This shit isn't cheap. Yeah you could buy three bags of guanos one high n one high p and k one with all three nutes and it'll cost you ten bucks a bag but its definitely gonna cost you a few hundred. You may be better off finding another spot where you can put all your effort into it and use part of the first harvest to refund your money. Hit up a friend with an apt for a small space. I know that's hard though and presents a whole new set of potential problems
