the entire concept is speculation at best.... So we can make up the details anyway we like ...as we go along.. Lots of people will in fact by into shit you make up as long as it fits their idea of how it works... So... if we are to have a committee to oversee your "planning phase" we would have to construct it of likely candidates
So... we could take an expected rout and say the people you wronged in past lives get in on the decision... Or maybe everyone you interacted with even if one needed to go so far... whatever it takes to keep feet upon this farcical path... We could say it is all the people you have been in your lives who sit on this committee... Take you pick or create your own...and i will make up a story to fit it....
It could be that we are just being pushed along in a swift moving river of life. There are no banks to hold onto or overhead branches to grab. The water in a river doesn't make the choice of which fork to take, it just happens. So are our lives. But regardless of our circumstances in this life, we have learned here. What we learn is never wasted; we simply take our knowledge to the next plain when we leave.
