O seriously though I know that beer is made from many different things like wheat and barley among other things but I was wondering why they don't have to list ingredients on the beer cans/bottles/boxes just like every other packaged food in the store? Might seem stupid but it just hit me as I'm drinking my beer.
The FDA doesn't require it to be labeled. Yeast, water, hops, and barley can make beer, but it's the actual pasteurization of the ingredients that really makes the difference of beers. You might just find a label mentioning calories of some sort, but that's about it. By the way, sipping on a Red Stripe...the personal favorite.
