thank you for taking the time.

the pictures are below,it is worse than it looks,especially at the bottom leaves.i just need to know what it is and how to fix it and of course ask me questions if you need to,please.
I have searched everything, for days,but i am still not nearly sure of what it is to do anything .I would be very thankfull for a solution.

there is white fungus on the top soil too,not too much,but its there.you cant see it in the pictures.is that a problem?a symptom of the other problem?

i have some assumptions, but am not sure and in need of peer review, as i have no room for experimentation.

I hope someone can answer soon as the problem is strating to get serious and painfull.
