i got busted at school once with a half ounce....it was the shittist experiance. i had it in my backpack during a half day. 10 mins befor the bell rings to dismiss us all my asst. principal comes to my class and says she needs to see me. i leave my backpack next to my desk tring to be smooth but she tells me to grab it. i get to her office and she serchs me against my will. she opens the first pocket and sure enough there is a half oz. a pipe, joint and visine for the redness. the cop comes and he is a complete asshole. tells me "that im the reason there is crime" smoking weed is not a fucking crime. i go to court and there let me off as easy as possible. 3 random u.a.'s and some comunity service...i stole my joint back when the cop wasn't looking....the shitiest thing about the whole experiance, my mom and i go to a near by kfc to get lunch and the cop is sitting in his car smoking MY WEED out of MY PIPE....FUCKING DICKHEAD!!!!
Never been busted by an authority figure. Not even at school. But I have been caught by my parents, they assumed I stole a few bucks from them so they actually went through my shit and found a $30 Nug and my metal pipe. They jacked my porn mag. to man shit... When I got home they wanted to talk to me about it and I had probley... 3 grams of weed in my pocket and Visine. They told me to empty my pockets but I said "thats messed up man, why do u guys hve to do this to me" and other shit like that and they let me go by, so I quickly hid that shit. Damn wasnt even payin attention to how long I was typin.. lol peace!
In high school I was busted on a band trip with about 20 joints in my sox... got suspended for a few days. I have been caught by the cops with dope at least two times and each time let off with an unofficial warning.... I am very polite and I look like a nice guy, I guess... one time the cop made us smash the bag into the dirt... another time I simply denied it was my joint, since he found it behind a dumpster about 30 yards from me, he searched by car and even stuck his hand and touched by penis thinking I had drugs down there, but when he found no more he let me go... many aren't so lucky, for example, my half brother is black and is in jail right now for Pot smoking and is NEVER EVER GIVEN a break by any cops because he has a DUI.... a record is like a wave... once it starts its gains momentum and any violation is punished to the max.

Yeah I got busted. Had to do a year of probation and do substance abuse counseling. It's all a bunch of bullshit since all I did was smoke a plant from mother earth just to do nothing but chill and laugh and munch out. All they popped me on was some resin in the pieces (1 1/2 ft CCG One Chamber that was fucking nice, Ceramic bong, homemade and a grav) and my stash bag full of papers lighters blades for resin collecting and a bunch of other shit. I got off probation on August 4th and now my record is clean. I feel great and now I blaze everyday once again!
i've been caught twice @ 15 and in may with an ounce and the first time i went to this class and the told me I was cured and now 23 i have a fine and commuinty service. At 15 i was smoking at school and got caught with 12grams and shit my parents were pissed but now i was rolling at round and the pulled me over for not signaling my turn, and he said it smelt a bit funny and i had a dipped into dim no pipes, joints in car are the greatest
I lost jobs because of drugs.... not pot, but a much worse drug... Once I was in a meeting and a 'straw' fell out of my pocket....I didn't notice it until later and I was like 'oh shit... I must have lost my straw in the office'... Another time, I had a pipe in my pocket... my boss said 'what is in your pocket?' pointing to an obviously outline of a glass bowl...I said "nothing" and put my wallet in that pocket to cover it up.... even though I lost those jobs, I ended up getting better jobs.... so the moral of the story is 'party hard'....
back in highschool i was with some people smoking up int he bushes and the principals came like 5 min after toking and i was suspended for 5 days, the same as everyone else and i didn't even have any on my or "in" me. i can't believe how the US deals with it, they dont even report it to a cop or make you go to a drug class.
There's a reason why stoners are paranoid Never been caught here (knock on wood), but I know of plenty of people that have. Most of the time people are dealing from their dorms and don't shut the door, so a cop walks by and sees. You have to be pretty fucking retarded to pull that shit. My roomie and I are next door to the RA, and we smoke in our room all the time. Hello Neighbor is our new favorite product. We've found that as long as we don't have many people in the room, and as long as we use the fan, close the vents and stick a towel under the door, no one notices. I guess the key is to not draw attention to yourself.
i got cought wile hot boxing on a street and the cop came up and smoke just rolled out the pig took my weed i hade 10 grams and i got a $55 fine and in the report it sayed i hade 7/10 's of a gram he stoll that much og it

Done some time for some bullshit. I was a passenger in a car and we got fucked with. The cop pulled us over for going six over the speed limit. Pulled my buddy out the car and me. He found that I had like $1800 cash in my pocket and said, "I'm gonna search this car with a fine tooth comb now." He found my glass jar in a duffle bag and the jar had maybe an oz. in it. In a pile of trash behind the driver seat they found a corner of a baggie with remnant cocaine chalk on it. I went into solitary confinement for seven days without bail. Then my bail was set at $50,000, I am charged with two felonies and the money in my pocket was never reported. This happened in april of 2002, I still have court for it every month. My pee is clean, can't smoke. I can't wait to move out of this country when this is taken care of.
Good lord dude...this happened over 2 yrs ago & you're still dealing with that shit? Every month? Intense probation or whatever the fuck it's called? Plus there's probably been child abusers & child molesters that have already come & gone while they make a dude in your situation keep dealing with it over & over again... & they call this shit 'justice'?
