Becoming a Vendor?!?!

    So what does it take to become a legal vendor in the state of CA? I'm already a patient so does that mean i can grow and harvest AND be able to SELL it to the dispensaries for profit? i think this may be the only way i can make money while being disabled. Do you need to be recognized by the government somehow in order to sell it for profit? I'm confused and looking for answers somebody help me out!!
