Not the freezer. Anywhere cool, dry, and dark. A good way to go is an old film canister (the little black plastic containers that 35mm film comes in), put some uncooked rice grains in it to absorb moisture, put your beans in, seal it, and put in the back of a closet or in your refrigerator.
