Ok, so I did a lot of research, and settled on the Ophos because of the kiss cart, stealthy look, and reasonable price. It had so many good reviews! But this thing sucks! I bought two, one for me and one as a gift for my friend. We've had them for a couple weeks and neither work anymore. The battery is charged, believe me it's not that. When you press the button, it flashes three times and nothing happens. The suggestion was to unscrew the cart from the battery a bit, as this usually solves the problem. Well, once it's super floppy and barely on, the light will stay lit like it's going, but it's not actually activating the cartridge, so nothing happens. The warranty on this thing costs 30 bucks to use, and I have to send it in with signature on delivery, which will cost another 10 bucks. I only paid 55, so it seems silly to pay 40 bucks for a replacement that might have this exact same issue! Anyone have experience or advice? I feel like this is a bullshit situation.
