Batteries

Discussion in 'Cannabis Consumption Q&A & Tips' started by BlazeyBones9, Sep 3, 2012.

  1. I just bought some powerex batteries and peeled them. There is a little bit of glue left so I decided to use some rubbing alcohol to try and get the rest off. Was using rubbing alcohol the wrong choice? I don't have any of the goo-gone, and I don't want the rubbing alcohol to have caused any problems to my battery.

  2. Peeling batteries?
you tryna cook unmentionables to keep you up for tweeks, i mean weeks [ ;) ]?
energizer is best for that, has the most lithium, or so I've heard ;)

  3. I've seen enough Breaking Bad to know where this is going

  4. You guys are funny. But no...have you ever heard of a magic flight box?? You use peeled batteries to power the box

  5. I never heard this

  6. I've told you before jesse, we use methylamine now.

  7. Yeah, well I say we use chili powder

  8. Brings me back to the early episodes<3

  9. Have you learned nothing from my chemistry class?

  10. Breaking bad = awesome

  11. I have the MFLB.
The alcohol won't hurt the battery casing.
I am assuming you didn't SUBMERGE the battery.

  12. Yeah they'll be fine, btw you can only use NiMH type batteries, 2000mAh or more!

  13. Thanks man, I did not submerge the battery, but I am worried I possibly got some alcohol into the the little notches in the top of the battery. If I did, it would have only been from my hand being wet with the alcohol
