bat guano: frequency and quantities?

    This is my first grow I am growing in soil with BioBizz. I have some bat guano (high P). Is it better to sprinkle on the soil or to dissolve in the water? At the moment I have sprinkled two dessert spoons when I switched to 12/12 and another two spoonfuls in the second week. How often should I use bat guano and how much? What are the signs of too much P. Cheers for the help.

    I mix it with my water, and use a ppm meter.
