Basic training

  1. I recently got a small veg tent to start a perpetual grow cycle. I have x3 three week old plants. I'm going to just put those into flower soon, so the plants in the veg tent can get moved over when ready to go. I'm not bothered with maxing yield out on these three. Since I have the veg tent going now.

If I just keep the main stem bent at a right angle, so all the leaves grow up horizontal. Would that be good enough, or should I just top now, and train plants with LST? I would rather not wait a week for recovery to switch to flowering. They're working on their sixth node now, and are in 5 gallon smart pots, so don't need to transplant either.
