bars (not xanax)

I have half of a tripple stack bar, not xanax.. mexican bars. Its a little white pill with "MI" on it. How fucked up will I be?

 

considering GG's are about 5 times stronger than xanax, and these are supposed to be even stronger than that. I just wanna know from someone who has experience just how strong they are
