When the \t\t\t\t\t\tresin glands or trichomes (on your buds) are \t\t\t\t\t\tabout one-half turning a milky white or amber in color (versus clear or \t\t\t\t\t\ttranslucent), and the small hairs have begun to turn \t\t\t\t\t\torange, brown or reddish in color, it is then time \t\t\t\t\t\tto harvest your weed. You have a window of 5-7 days \t\t\t\t\t\tfor peak harvest and potency. I will tell you, the \t\t\t\t\t\tmore amber the trichomes have turned, the 'stonier' the \t\t\t\t\t\tpot will likely be. \t\t\t\t\t\tThis is why I recommend harvesting when about 1/2 of \t\t\t\t\t\tthe resin glands have turned amber in color - be \t\t\t\t\t\tpatient, and be sure of what you see. You will \t\t\t\t\t\tharvest excellent weed at this point without passing the \t\t\t\t\t\tpremium harvest window and the weed will generally NOT \t\t\t\t\t\tmake you completely lethargic when smoked.

Lookin great man, being as you've grown this varietal you know when to pull. I personally like to take the tops and let the bottoms fill in for a few days-week. Keep up the good work. That lsd looks similar to the pineapple from up north eh!

for all you guys who have grown LSD.... how long after flipping 12/12 did the stretch stop? how many inches did it grow during the stretch? how many days after 12/12 until flowers formed? I'm growing LSD right now and about 14 days into 12/12 and they're still growing!! Thanks guys!
My LSD stretched for almost 3 weeks before the I was able to notice the stretching reach a stop. I was hoping that after 1 or at most 2 weeks there would be no more stretching, but oh boy was I surprised just like you. Next time I'm cutting down my vegging time.
After I had switched to 12/12 My phenotype only stretched for about 2 weeks at the most I mean "the stretch" like the 2 nodes in the middle of the plant were the farthest apart on the whole plant Maybe about a 3 inch stretch? I didn't measure that stretch It did help me out though since this phenotype grows like an evergreen tree I needed a little room in the middle for the other bud sites to grow into Towards week 3 she slowed down but was still trying to creep a little taller She was overtaken by the buds during weeks 4 to 5 as in only the bud was adding height I'd say she stopped growing taller before the mid-way growth spurt The pistils showed up rather quickly after I induced flowering Almost 2 weeks to see the first pairs of pistils on this grow
