Barely Rooted Clones

  1. I got some clones from my caregiver. The have been in some sort of nute mix for two weeks. Some have some 1cm roots, some have none. How long should the roots be and how many should there be before they hit the soil? How do you plant them? I was thinking about holding the plant steady, then sifting soil in around the roots. How deep should they be? There are some that have roots right at the node where the top leaves are coming up. I will post pic in a minute. ANy help or experience is greatly appreciated.

  2. Keep those clones in a covered container and spray them with a water bottle often to keep the humidity as close to 100% as possible. This will allow the roots to form and then you will be able to plant them later once they have developed. But you have to keep the humidity up in that container for this to happen.
