hey all, ive got a bit of a problem... my cupboard is too small so i wanna get the loft up n running i was thinking keep the neons where they are and use that as a sprouting and vegging area and try to make somthing decent in the loft for flowering does anyone know a good plan of how to make a loft lower room???
