Ballast Help

    Hi guys,
     
    Ive got a Pro V-T GIB 400w ballast and I do not have a clue how to wire it up. I cant follow the diagram on the front as I dont remember much from physics but if anyone can help me it would be much appreciated.

    I decided to just sell it on and buy a more modern ballast. :)
