Aside from a tail, what else wags? The dog wagged his tail. Wag? Well damnit, now it's lost it's meaning. But does anything else wag? Or is that only for a tail?
tongues wag as in talking too much or about sensitive things i would almost disagree with the wagging penis, shaking maybe... But to me wagging implies that it happens automatically.
