So i just moved to a new state. And i can not find a hook up any where. Im under 21 so i cant really hang around a bar and be freind people and work my way into that. I dont go to school any more. I dont have a job yet so no co workers to ask. No car. Pretty shitty stage of life. All i wanna know is if theres like a trick to finding the freindly stoners. Also im brand new to the city so idk if im posting this in the rght place or not. Tips, suggestions or directions would be wonderful.
