One of the main reason policing is necessary is because there are "those who have and those who aint got". In a communist society police forces would be run by local community policing boards. Police officers todays main purpose is not to keep the town safe but to protect the wealth in that town. In a communist society there would be very low crime(compared to america), and a police officers job mostly would be to help out the local citizenry. I cant believe your suggesting that a police run privately by the rich would be any different if not worse than what it is today.
