Philly cops kno they outnumbered an outgunned.. They do what they do to make a living. not sad to say I know a few but even sadded to say that they kno oficers who are dirty..I was goin 90+ on I95 an was passed by a cop goin 100+ no lights on nothing. Traffic was movin at about 85mph... Thats a guy who didnt wanna ruin someones day.. But Then I get in the city an I get followed for 2 miles an like 15 turns.. Black dude in a fitted hat, nice car, white gf look like trouble right? wtf. Dutchie
