I discovered these guys a few years ago, after falling in love with their lead singer's solo acoustic music. A lot of people on another messageboard I use a lot suggested I check them out. So I did, and they blew my mind. They're like Pink Floyd, The Flaming Lips and the Ramones all got into a nasty sex party, and this is the offspring of said debauchery.
