Well, I just can't make the goddamn desert grow. This morning, something had gotten past the two foot tall tile walls, bricks, chicken wire, metal posting,etc, and destroyed everything. Ate everything, utterly. Stripped everything down, to the roots. Nothing. The sealed greenhouses kill with heat. The wind and wild kill with exposure. Growing what I need is simply impossible here. So I'm going back to where I grew up. Haven't been there in over a decade, not to live. Don't really know the place anymore. But they say its legal there now, so I'm going back. I feel like Ribisi at the end of Boiler Room. "I've got to get a job."
